Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Profit Engine website and your purchase or use of Launch, Growth, Scale, Automation Care, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Services and scope

AI Profit Engine provides business-system implementation, automation configuration, storefront and workflow setup, measurement support, and related services as described on the applicable product page or written scope. Launch, Growth, and Scale have different deliverables. Work outside the purchased scope, major rebuilds, additional platforms, or later feature requests may require a separate agreement or fee.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required account access, legally compliant content and offers, and any owner approvals required by Shopify or third-party platforms. You must have the right to use all content, data, trademarks, credentials, and other materials you provide. Delays in information, access, payment, or approval can delay or pause delivery.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Launch is $997, Growth is $1,997, and Scale is $3,497 unless a written custom scope states otherwise. Applicable taxes are added where required. Software subscriptions, advertising spend, domains, processing fees, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

Automation Care

Automation Care costs $249 per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. You may manage or cancel the subscription through your Shopify customer account. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Delivery, changes, and acceptance

Delivery timing depends on the purchased scope and the customer's timely provision of information, access, and approvals. AI Profit Engine may propose reasonable technical alternatives when a requested integration is unavailable, changes materially, or requires unsupported access. Material scope changes require agreement before the additional work begins.

Results and third-party services

AI Profit Engine does not guarantee revenue, profit, traffic, leads, conversion rates, platform approval, uninterrupted operation, or any other business result. Results depend on the offer, market, customer decisions, third-party platforms, and other factors outside AI Profit Engine's control. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. After payment of all amounts due, you may use the customer-specific deliverables created for your purchased scope in your business. AI Profit Engine retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, and reusable components, while granting you the rights reasonably necessary to use the delivered system for your business.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or to violate another platform's rules. AI Profit Engine may pause or end work when continued performance would be unlawful, unsafe, technically unsupported, or dependent on missing access, payment, or approval.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Because implementation can begin after purchase and customer-specific digital work may be created, eligibility can change once work begins.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for obligations that cannot be limited by law, AI Profit Engine disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in the purchased scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Profit Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for failures caused by third-party platforms, customer-supplied materials, revoked access, or unauthorized changes. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

AI Profit Engine may update these terms for future use of the site or future purchases. Changes will be posted as required. Terms applicable to an existing paid scope will not be materially changed retroactively without agreement or a legal requirement.
