Automation Care Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the AI Profit Engine Automation Care purchase option.

Price and automatic renewal

Automation Care costs $249 per month. It is subscription-only and renews automatically every month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify and the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file $249, plus any applicable tax, on each monthly renewal date.

How to manage or cancel

You may manage or cancel Automation Care through your Shopify customer account using the Log in link on the store. If you cannot access the account, email aiprofitengineco@gmail.com or use the store contact page and include the order email and subscription details.

Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next monthly charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. After cancellation, future renewals stop and Automation Care access and service end when the current paid period ends.

Charges after cancellation

Cancellation does not reverse a charge already processed and does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for a billing period already begun. Exceptions apply where required by law or where AI Profit Engine is unable to provide the paid service. Any valid outstanding charges remain due.

Service scope

Automation Care includes routine monitoring, maintenance, supported workflow adjustments, and optimization for supported AI Profit Engine systems. It does not include major rebuilds, new funnels, additional platforms, advertising spend, software fees, domains, or other third-party charges unless agreed in writing.

Changes to price or terms

Material changes to the recurring price or subscription terms will be communicated as required before they take effect. Continuing after a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Implementation-package cancellations

Launch, Growth, and Scale are one-time implementation packages rather than subscriptions. Their cancellation and refund terms appear in the Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
